Pig ears with red bilberry

urlThe dishes with pig ears hold pride of place on a festive and everyday table. This delicatesse is worthily valued by men. That’s why the hostess who wants to gladden her husband should know how to cook pig ears with red bilberries, cheese, and carrot.

Ingredients:

  • 240 g pig ears
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 80 g cheese
  • 40 g mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 25 g parsley
  • 40 g red bilberries
  • 6 ground black peas
  • lettuce
  • spring onion
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Peel and chop bulb onion and carrot. Cut spring onion finely. Combine pig ears with the prepared ingredients. Pepper them and then boil for 1,5 – 2 hours.

Grate cheese. Peel and chop garlic. Combine the garlic, cheese and mayonnaise. Mix everything carefully. Pour the pig ears with the prepared mass. Bake the dish in an oven until golden brown (2-5 minutes).

Serve the dish with mashed potatoes. Decorate the pig ears with mayonnaise and red bilberry, lettuce and spring onion.
