Plaice with mayonnaise

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of plaice
  • 5 potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 mayonnaise tin
  • salt – to taste
  • a slice of lemon
  • dill

Cooking

Boil fish. Cool place in the broth. Then take it out of the broth and wait till the water trickles down. Gill fish and cut out the fish bones.

Boil potato separately. Peel it, cut potato in the form of rings. Put potato on the plate and pour it with mayonnaise. Place fish above and pour plaice with mayonnaise.

Decorate with a slice of lemon and dill.
