Pork paste

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of pork
  • 200 g of pork liver
  • 1 bulb onion
  • parsley – to taste
  • nutmeg – to taste
  • bay leaves – to taste
  • cinnamon – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Mince pork and liver. Combine the meat with salt, nutmeg, bay leaves, cinnamon, black ground pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix everything carefully. Place the paste in a ceramic baking dish. Cover the dish and put it in an oven for 30 minutes. Then open the dish and bake the paste for 60 minutes more. Stir the paste and cool it. Grease slices of bread with the cooked pork paste. Serve the appetizer with vegetables.

Tip! The paste will be tastier if you leave it in a cold place for 2-3 hours.
