- 500 s pork
- 100 g salo
- 1/2 carrot
- 3 cloves of garlic
- sunflower oil
- black ground pepper – to taste
- salt – to taste
Cut pork into medium sizes and beat it. Peel garlic and squeeze it. Cube salo and carrot. Rub meat with salt, pepper and garlic. Put salo and carrot above each piece of meat. Roll the pieces of meat and join them with toothpicks.
Fry the pork rolls on sunflower oil till golden color. Then place the ingredients in a stewpan, pour them with boiling water and stew for 30 minutes.
