Potato and Zucchini Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 1/2 parsley root
  • 1/4 medium leek
  • 2 tbsp dairy butter
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • fresh dill – to taste
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Wash all vegetables. Peel a carrot and parsley root, cut the ingredients into circles. Slice a leek. Combine all the ingredients together. Preheat dairy butter in a saucepan. Saute the vegetables until tender.

Peel a zucchini and potatoes. Slice the vegetables. Pour 4 cups of water in a pan and add the potatoes. Bring the mass to boil. Then add the zucchini and sautéed vegetables. Stir the soup and cook for 10 minutes. Adjust salt to your taste and continue to boil.
