Potato salad with ham

  • 800 g potato
  • 300 g green peas
  • 300 g ham
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 50 g salo
  • 100 g meat broth
  • 1 tbsp grape vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • ground black pepper

Cooking

Boil unpeeled potatoes in salted water for 25-30 minutes. Then peel and cut them. Boil green peas in slightly salted water for 3 minutes. Cube ham and onion. Cube salo and fry it slightly. Heat the meat broth, add potato, grape vinegar, and ground black pepper there. Then add ham, onion, and salo. Dress the salad with sunflower oil and leave it for a couple of minutes before serving.
