Potato verguny


  • 6-7 potatoes
  • 3 glasses of flour
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1/3 glass of sunflower oil
  • salt – to taste


Boil potato, peel and mince it. Mix with flour, yolks and whipped whites thoroughly. Knead dough and roll it thinly. Cut the dough in the form of rhombs. Make a notch in the centre of each rhomb. Fry them in deep fat.

Serve with sour cream or milk.
