Potato with mushrooms

Baked potato Ingredients:

  • 300 g of fresh champignons
  • 450 g of potatoes
  • parsley
  • mayonnaise
  • dairy butter
  • salt – to taste


Wash champignons and slice them. Heat dairy butter and fry the mushrooms. Cut potatoes into pieces and fry together with the champignons. Place the fried potatoes and the champignons on a baking tray greased with dairy butter. Pour everything abundantly with mayonnaise and add the chopped parsley. Bake in an oven for 20 minutes.
