- 1 carrot
- 1 cup of kefir
- 200 g (7 oz) pumpkin
- orange rind – to taste
Peel carrot and pumpkin, dice the ingredients and place them in a pan. Pour the vegetables with water and boil until done. Transfer the cooked pumpkin and carrot to a blender. Pour them with kefir. Whip everything properly until you get a homogenous mass.
Pour the prepared smoothie to glass tumblers and refrigerate for some time. Top the drink with orange rind and mint twigs before serving.
