Pumpkin Smoothie With Vanilla Yogurt & Cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • 3 glasses milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 glass brown sugar
  • 1/2 glass vanilla yogurt
  • 450 g (15 oz) mashed pumpkin
  • whipped cream (for topping)

Cooking

Place mashed pumpkin in a freezer for a couple of hours. Pour milk in a blender. Then add vanilla yogurt, the frozen pumpkin and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour the mixture in a blender and puree on high until well combined. In order to reach the desired consistency, you can add more milk or yogurt if necessary.

Pour the prepared pumpkin smoothie in glass tumblers and top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Tip! You can add nuts to the pumpkin smoothie. By way of a change you may use oat, rice or corn flakes. Feel free to experiment!
