Ingredients:
- 400 g cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 8-10 radishes
- spring onion
- parsley
- dill
- salt – to taste
- black ground pepper – to taste
Cooking
Press cheese and mix it with sour cream. Add salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Slice radish or grate it on a large grater. Chop spring onion, parsley, and dill. Mix all ingredients. Place lettuce leaves on a plate. Then place salad above and decorate it with parsley twig or dill twig.
