Raspberry juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of raspberries
  • 1 glass of water

Raspberry is very useful for our body. It has vitamin C which protects our organism from viruses and bacteria, as well as strengths our immune system.

Wash berries, remove the leaves. Transfer raspberries to a pan and pour them with 1 glass of hot water. Boil the mass at 85°C for 15-20 minutes. The juice is ready to drink.

You can also use this juice to cook kissel, jelly, and various fruit drinks. For that reason add 1 cup of hot water to the prepared juice to dissolve it.
