Refreshing Watermelon and Bell Pepper Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 red bulb onion
  • 1 medium watermelon
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)

Cooking

Peel a watermelon, remove the seeds and cut the watermelon into cubes. Wash bell peppers, remove the seeds and dice the peppers. Peel a red bulb onion and chop it finely. Rinse fresh coriander, dry it and cut finely. Wash a lemon and squeeze a juice. Toss all the prepared ingredients together. Adjust salt to your taste. Pour the lemon dressing over the ingredients and toss gently until everything is coated and evenly mixed. Leave the salad for 15 minutes to let the ingredients marinate.
