Rice salad with chicken

 

Ingredients:

  • 50 g of margarine / butter
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 glass of rice
  • 2 glasses of broth / water
  • 500 g of boiled / fried chicken
  • 2 apples
  • 1 egg
  • 1 / 2 celery
  • 1 / 2 green pea
  • 1 glass of mayonnaise
  • parsley
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Heat the margarine or butter in a pan. Cut onion in a form of ring. Put onion and rice in the pan. Warm them slightly. Add broth and salt it. Boil the ingredients. Then cool. Pour out the broth and add cut chicken (boiled or fried), grated celery and apple, finely cut egg, green pea and mayonnaise. Mix everything properly.
