Russian salad without meat


  • 5 potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 glass green pea
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 3-4 pickled cucumbers
  • 3 tbsp of finely cut dill, parsley, coriander
  • sour cream


Boil potatoes and carrots. Peel and cube them. Peel and slice bulb onion. Cut pickled cucumbers finely. Mix all ingredients. Dress salad with sour cream, decorate it with lettuce and serve.
