- 150-200 g smoked chicken breast
- 50-70 g prunes
- 3 eggs
- 100-150 g cheese
- 150 g champignons
- 1 bulb onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 25-30 g walnuts
- sunflower oil
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
- 1 sweet pepper
- pomegranate seeds
- parsley and root
Cube the smoked chicken breast. Wash prunes, pour them with boiling water and leave for 20-30 minutes. Pour out the water and cube the prunes. Boil the eggs, cool and peel them. Grate the whites of the egg and the yolks separately. Put away 1 yolk. Grate the cheese. Chop the walnuts. Peel and cut the bulb onion. Wash the champignons, dry them and cut into medium pieces. Saute the onion. Then add champignons and fry the ingredients for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper the ingredients. Cool them. Peel a clove of garlic, squeeze it and mix with mayonnaise.
Form the salad in the following layers:
1 – champignons with bulb onion, mayonnaise, some walnuts
2 – yolks
3 – half of cheese, mayonnaise, some walnuts
4 – half of smoked chicken, mayonnaise, some walnuts
5 – prunes, mayonnaise, some walnuts
6 – half of smoked chicken, mayonnaise, some walnuts
7 – half of cheese
8 – grated whites of the egg, mayonnaise
Place the salad in a fridge in order for a couple of hours.
Before serving top the salad with 1 left grated yolk. Decorate the salad with pomegranate seeds, parsley and dill twigs, pieces of sweet pepper.
