Salad “healthy life-style”

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of finely cut spring onion
  • 1 big cucumber
  • 75 g of curds
  • 50 g of sour cream
  • salt – to taste
  • dill / parsley – to taste

Cooking

Wash, peel and slice cucumber. Combine curds with sour cream and cucumber. Add spring onion and salt. Mix the ingredients properly. Decorate the salad with dill.
