Salad in marrows

0_a0484_e9f7f0db_XLThe marrows are widely thought useful because they have the efficient components which are necessary for the eutrophy. They contain mineral salts which are important for metabolism. This vegetable is considered to be good food for those who have gastrointestinal disturbance while it has a small quantity of organic acids. In addition, this egg, peas, and marrow appetizer is really delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 4 crab sticks
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 can of green peas
  • 300 g mushroom broth
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 500 g marrows
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g cheese
  • parlsey
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Slit marrows. Then remove the kernel with the help of a spoon and boil it in salted water slightly.

Dice crab sticks. Boil eggs, peel and cut them finely. Chop parsley. Combine the marrow flesh, crab sticks, eggs, parsley and green peas. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and stuff the marrows with the prepared mixture. Dissolve gelatin in a mushroom broth. Place the marrows in a big bowl. Pour the broth in the bowl. Place the marrows in a fridge for an hour. Then place them on a platter and top with grated cheese. Warm up the marrows and serve.
