Salad with crab sticks, sweetcorn and carrot

Let you introduce a spring version of a salad with crab sticks. It can be served as a snack. Sweetcorn and crab meat make a good flavour combination, while spring onions and cucumber impart the dish some freshness. Furthermore you can cook it fast and without much expense.

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 g crab sticks
  • 1 tin of sweet corn
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Hard boil eggs, peel and chop them finely. Boil a carrot until soft, peel and dice it. Cube crab sticks. Slice a cucumber. Combine the prepared ingredients with sweet corn and chopped spring onions. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix everything well. Adjust salt to your taste. Place the salad in a fridge for an hour. Transfer the salad in portioned dishes and serve.
