- 400 g salmon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- sesame seeds
- cinnamon - to taste
Unfreeze the salmon (in case you don’t have fresh fish). Cut it into 4 parts.
Let’s cook the marinade. Combine mustard, soy sauce and honey. Pour the salmon with the prepared marinade. Place the dish in a fridge for 15 minutes.
Then top the fish with sesame seeds and cinnamon. Place the salmon in the beforehand preheated oven to 170°C for 15 minutes.
Here it is! Magnificent and in addition dietetic salmon is ready! You can serve it with a salad or garnish.
