- 1 medium humpback salmon
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 bulb onion
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- sunflower oil – to taste
Cut a humpback salmon into medium pieces. Combine salt and pepper. Grease the fish with the prepared mixture. Place the humpback salmon in a bowl with a lid. Leave it for 45-50 minutes.
Then wash the fish and dry it with a help of a paper towel.
Peel bulb onion and cut it into semi-circles. Peel and chop garlic finely. Place the humpback salmon in a clean dish. Add the bulb onion and garlic. Pour everything with oil and leave for 15 minutes.
Serve the salted humpback salmon as appetizer separately or with sandwiches, canapes and pancakes.
