Bacon, cheese and mustard open-faced sandwich

Meat appetizer recipeIngredients:

  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 tsp of dairy butter
  • 1tsp of mustard
  • red ground pepper - to taste
  • spring onion/parsley/dill – to your taste

Cooking

Take a slice of bread and grease it with mustard. Place a slice of cheese above. Slice bacon and brown it slightly. Arrange the prepared bacon stripes above the sandwich. Sprinkle it with pepper and top with chopped spring onion or parsley or dill (the choice depends on your taste). Cook 3  more sandwiches. Put them in a microwave oven or in a preheated oven for a couple of minutes. Wait until cheese begins to melt. Serve the sandwiches hot.
