Сauliflower and egg salad

  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 20 g spring onion
  • salt - to taste
  • black ground pepper - to taste

Cooking

Wash cauliflower, divide it into inflorescences and boil them in salty water. Then sprinkle the cauliflower with lemon juice. Boil eggs. Peel and cut them. Chop spring onion. Combine it with eggs and cauliflower. Salt and pepper the salad. Dress it with mayonnaise. Mix the ingredients properly and serve.
