This awesome pizza with cheese, sausage, and tomato paste won't leave anyone indifferent.
- 200 ml water / milk
- 15 g (0,03 lb) dry yeast
- 300 g (0,66 lb) flour
- 3 bulb onions
- 200 g (0,44 lb) sausage
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 5 tbsp sunflower oil
- grated cheese – to taste
- fresh dill / parsley / spring onion – to taste
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
Dissolve dry yeast in water / milk. Add flour and mix the ingredients. Knead dough. The peculiarity of pizza dough is the absence of egg and butter. You can add some spoons of olive oil if you want. The dough should be soft.
Let’s cook the filling. Peel bulb onions and cut them into big cubes (8 – 8 mm). Heat sunflower oil slightly and fry the onion until it becomes transparent. Slice sausage and add it to the frying pan. At the end of cooking add 2 tbsp of tomato paste (you may use ketchup as well).
Roll the dough and cut it into big circles. Chop dill, parsley and spring onion and top the dough with the ingredients. Add grated cheese above. Next place the filling.
Bake pizza for 10-20 minutes. The edges of the dough should not be too dry.

Tip! You can add fried vegetable marrows as well. Also one of the stuffing components can be pickled cucumbers. You can substitute cheese by bryndza.
