- 800 g (1,76 lb) potatoes
- 700 g (1,54 lb) mushrooms
- 70 g sunflower oil
- salt – to taste
You may use any mushrooms (we take champignons). Peel the mushrooms, wash and chop them. Place the ingredients in a frying pan. Next add oil and some water. Fry the champignons over medium heat for 45 minutes. Stir the mass continuously.
Peel potatoes and slice them. Saute the potatoes in a separate frying pan. Brown the ingredients.
When all the ingredients are done, combine and stir them. Next add salt and fry the mushrooms and potato over high heat in order to get sapid crackling.
