Sherbet

Ingredients:

  • 2 l (liter) of water
  • 1/2 glass of sugar
  • 2 glasses of powdered sugar
  • 1 glass of honey
  • 1 glass of walnuts

Cooking

Bring water to boil. Add sugar, honey and powdered sugar. Stir the mass and cook it for 15 minutes. Constantly stir the syrup. Peel walnuts, fry them slightly and chop the nuts finely. Add thw walnuts to the syrup and boil for 60-90 minutes. Pour scherbet in a bowl, cool it and let thicken. Cut the dessert into cubes before serving.
