Ingredients:
- 200 g of horseradish
- 350 g of fresh cucumbers
- 300 g of dill
- 150 g of salt
Cooking
Peel horseradish and cucumbers. Grate them on the small grater. Cut dill finely. Add salt and mix the ingredients. Place the sauce in the jars, cover them with plastic lids and keep in the fridge. Use this seasoning for cooking salads or hash.
