Shrimp and grapefruit salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 red grapefruit
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 200 g of peeled shrimps
  • 1 lemon
  • sweet oil

Cooking

Peel the avocado, cube half of it and slice the second part. Slice lettuce leaves. Peel the grapefruit, remove the film and cut the pulp. Boil shrimps for 3 minutes. Mix all the ingredients. Dress the salad with sweet oil and sprinkle it with lemon juice. Decorate the salad with lemon and grapefruit slices.
