Shrimp and tomato salad

Let’s cook a fresh shrimp and tomato salad. Sportsmen will definitely like the noncaloric vegetable salad with marine products. The dish is easy to cook and healthy to eat. Here we go!

Ingredients:

  • 400 g (0,88 lb) shrimps
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 30 g (0,07 lb) spring onions
  • 30 g (0,07 lb) fresh coriander
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • paprika – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste

Cooking

Wash shrimps, sprinkle them with paprika and pepper. Pour water in a pan, bring it to boil and salt the water. Then add the unpeeled prawns. Cover the lid and boil until the shrimps are pink. Next drain water. cool the prawns and clean them.

Wash all the vegetables beforehand. Peel and after dice tomatoes. Chop coriander and spring onions. Peel and slice a bell pepper. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl. Add tomato paste and mix everything properly. Then put the shrimps in the bowl. Leave the salad for 1 hour in order to let the prawns marinate. Serve the salad above fried crispy toasts.
