- 125 ml orange juice
- 50 ml grapefruit juice
- 12 strawberries
- a piece of ginger root (1 cm)
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
- 50 ml yoghurt
Wash strawberries and slice them. Peel ginger root and cut it finely. Combine orange and grapefruit juice, the strawberries, ginger root, wheat germ and yoghurt. Place the ingredients in a blender. Whip them at slow speed for 30 seconds. Increase the speed gradually. Mix the mass at high speed until you get the homogenous speed.

Tip! You can use frozen berries. The frozen ingredients will make smoothie cooler and thicker. If you want to drink sugary smoothie than you need to use frozen yoghurt sweetened with sugar.
