Soft chocolate cream cheese spread

6277063051_afcd5eede2_zYou can grease the slices of a long loaf with this black chocolate and cheese spread and serve them with cocoa or coffee with milk. You should take hard homemade curds and qualitative black chocolate. You can keep the dessert in a fridge for a week in a tightly covered jar.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g dairy butter
  • 75 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 400 g curds
  • 100 g black chocolate

Cooking

Combine curds, soda and milk. Mix the ingredients in a blender till you get the homogenous mass. Combine dairy butter and the prepared curd mixture in a pan. Cook the ingredients in a double boiler. When the quark will erase, mix the mass for 8-10 minutes more. The cheese will begin to melt. The mixture should become thick and plastic. Cook everything for 10-12 minutes. Turn off the fire and add sugar and the pieces of chocolate. Mix the ingredients till the chocolate melts.
