- 150 g of chicken
- 2 carrots
- a head of cauliflower
- 2 glasses of green beans
- 2 tomatoes
- parsley - to taste
Wash carrots, peel and slice them. Put diced meat in a pan, cover the pan with a lid and boil the chicken over medium heat. Scum from time to time. Cut cauliflower into medium pieces and place in the pan with chicken. Add salt and bring water to boil.
After add peeled and washed green peas. Boil them until soft. In 40 minutes add the carrot. Slice tomatoes, remove the seeds and the peel. Add the vegetables at the end of boiling.
Top the prepared soup with finely cut parsley before serving.
