Special sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • hard cheese (50% fat content)
  • 400 g of pork
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 freshly-salted cucumber
  • sunflower oil
  • dairy butter
  • 1 rye bread
  • 150 g of champignons
  • 100 g of black olives
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • salt – to taste
  • 1 parsley root

Cooking

Boil pork and slice it. Boil, peel and cut carrot. Peel bulb onion and champignons. Slice and fry them. Cube freshly-salted cucumber. Mix pork, cucumber, champignons, salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise properly. Place slice of cheese on the bread, put the cooked mass above and cover it with another slice of cheese. Decorate sandwiches with carrot and black olives.
