First of all this dish will evaluate those who like spicy food. The main ingredient of this recipe is the spiced meat. That’s why today we will rub the pork with spices thoroughly. In order to make the meat soft and juicy we will add tomatoes and cheese. So, as a result we will get a nourishing and appetizing dish which can be served at some festive dinner.
- 1 garlic bulb
- 500 g (1,1 lb) pork
- 200 g (7 oz) tomatoes
- 200 g (7 oz) hard cheese
- dairy butter (for greasing)
- 200 g (7 oz) fresh champignons
- black ground pepper – to taste
- red ground pepper – to taste
- salt – to taste
Wash pork and slice it. Make little cuts in each slice of pork. Peel a garlic bulb. Force the pork with the prepared garlic. Combine black and red pepper together with salt. Mix the ingredients and rub the meat with the prepared mixture.
Grate hard cheese. Peel champignons and slice them thinly. Wash tomatoes and cut them into thin circles. Cover a roasting dish with a piece of foil, grease it with dairy butter and place the pork above. Add the tomatoes. Put the mushrooms and cheese above. Bake the meat in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. After transfer the pork to individual serving plates and serve it at once.
