Steamed products don’t lose their vitamins, nutritional value, micro-elements and natural color. After the steaming the beef becomes tasty, aromatic, and useful. Follow the recipe to make the steamed beef, carrot, and parsnip and see for yourself.
- 700 g beef
- 1 carrot
- 1 parsnip
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp khmeli-suneli
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Dissolve salt in water. Pour water in a pan and place the beef there. Leave the meat for one night. The dry the beef and make cuts in it.
Wash carrot and parsnip. Peel and cut them. Place the pieces of vegetables in the meat cuts.
Combine ground black pepper, coriander and khmeli-suneli. Grate the beef with the prepared mixture.
Place the meat on a grate of the steamer and cook it under lid for one hour. Then turn over the meat and cook it for 1 hour more. Do not serve the beef until it becomes warm under the lid. Then let it cool under the press. Then roll the beef in a piece of foil and put it in a fridge for 12 hours.
Cut the beef into portions before serving.
