- 1 kg strawberries
- 0.5 l (liter) fruit aroma wine
- 200 g caster sugar
- stellar anise
- vanilla pod
- cinnamon stick
Pour wine in a pan. Add caster sugar and spicery. Bring the wine to boil and cook it for 7-10 minutes until the wine thickens. Then cool the soup.
Wash strawberries, dry them and cut off the pedicles. Cut the berries into two parts. Pour the wine in the tureen and add strawberries. Mix the ingredients and place the soup in the fridge for 2 hours.
