Strawberry in milk sauce

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of strawberries
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of potato starch
  • cinnamon – to taste
  • vanillin – to taste

Cooking

Wash strawberries carefully. Powder them with sugar and leave for 1.5-2 hours. Separate yolks and whites of the eggs. Grate yolks with sugar, add vanillin, cinnamon, and potato starch. Mix the ingredients. Then add whites and mix. Pour the mass in a tin bowl. Put the bowl in a pan with boiling water. Pour hot milk to the mass gradually. Transfer the bowl with thickened sauce to the vessel with cold water and continue to whisk until the dessert cools completely.

Place strawberries in dessert bowls and pour them with sauce before serving.
