Strawberry jam

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of strawberry
  • 1 kg of sugar
  • 1.5 glass of water
  • 2 g of citric acid

Cooking

Cook syrup from sugar and water, add berries. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the fire, scum. Filter syrup through the colander and take out the berries. Bring to boil the syrup again, cook for 5 minutes. Then add citric acid, berries and boil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Mature the jam for a couple of hours and pour it in the jars.
