Ingredients:
- 1 kg wild strawberry
- a handful of strawberry
- 750 ml water
- 1 liter horilka/vodka
- 1 kg sugar
- 125 ml cognac (brandy)
Cooking
Scald a jar with boiling water and place washed berries there. Pour horilka and 250 ml of water. Leave the mass for a week. Shake it from time to time. Then filter the liquid and pour it out in another jar. Cover the jar tightly and put it in a dark place. Powder the berries with sugar and shake them properly. Cover the berries with some layers of the cheesecloth and put under the sun or in a warm place for 3 weeks. Then filter the syrup and combine it with the alcoholic tincture. Pour the berries with water, shake them, and filter. Add this liquid and brandy/cognac to the liqueur. Leave the liqueur for 2 weeks more and filter it again.
