Sweet beer soup

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 glass of beer
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 300 g rye-bread
  • salt – to taste
  • white ground pepper – to taste
  • culinary plants

Cooking

Whip eggs with sugar. Then mix them with beer. Bring milk to boil and add mixture of egg and beer.

Cube bread and fry it on a frying pan slightly. Add rusks to the soup.

Taste and adjust salt, pepper and culinary plants to your liking.

Serve sweet beer soup hot.
