Tea with vitamins

Ingredients:

  • 5 g of dried blackberry tea leaves
  • 5 g of dried melissa tea leaves
  • 5 g of dried wild strawberry tea leaves
  • 5 g of dried mint tea leaves
  • 5 g of dried dog rose tea leaves
  • 5 g of lime blossom
  • 1 l (liter) of water
  • 750 g of sugar
  • 100 g of honey

Cooking

Place tea leaves in a teapot and pour with boiling water. Cover the teapot with lid and wrap it in a towel. Draw tea for 30 minutes. Then filter it and serve with honey or sugar.
