Tomato and tuna salad

Fish is more useful than meat, especially sea fish. Thus, if you are the follower of a healthy life-style – this recipe is for you. Therewith tuna salad is considered to be a low-calorie and lean dish. It is the best variant for those who want to lose weight and enjoy his/her meal at the same time.

Ingredients:

  • 450 g of tuna
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • half cucumber
  • 200 g of string beans
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 5 tbsp of French sauce
  • parsley

Cooking

Scale and cut tuna. Add string beans, bulb onion rings and ground garlic clove. Boil the ingredients in a steam cooker for 15 minutes. Slice tomatoes and cucumbers. Cut red onion in the form of rings.

Cool cooked fish and combine it with other ingredients. Dress the salad with olive oil, French sauce and decorate it with parsley.
