Halloween vanilla cupcakes

Usually when people think about Halloween, they think about various pumpkin desserts – pies, cakes, etc. But today we are going to bake amazing Halloween vanilla cupcakes – much to sweet tooth’s delight.

We are going to transform cupcakes into spider web cupcakes. One big advantage of this recipe is that you don’t need crazy skills to create them. Some basic kitchen tools are enough. Plus, these bewitching Halloween vanilla cupcakes are a great way to get the children in the kitchen. Your kids will love to help you bake these cupcakes and  have great fun decorating the dessert.

There is nothing more decadent than this Halloween dessert. Topped with dark chocolate and flavored with vanilla, these soft and fluffy cupcakes taste divine. Their bright and creative look make them perfect for Halloween parties and trick-or-treating fun. These bewitching cupcakes are sure to dazzle your guests.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1,5 cup of flour
  • 1 3/4 tsp leaven
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 bar of dark chocolate
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) dairy butter
  • dairy butter (for greasing)

Cooking

Whip melted dairy butter with sugar until fluffy, for 5 minutes. Stir in eggs, one by one. Then add vanilla and mix everything carefully. Combine and sift flour, salt, and leaven. Add the mixture. Stir the ingredients thoroughly. Pour milk above and mix again.

You can also add lemon or orange zest, chopped nuts – almond, ginger nut, walnut, etc. Here your imagination is free. Everything depends on your preferences and tastes.

Grease baking cups with dairy butter and fill 2/3 of each baking cup with the prepared mass. Put the cupcakes in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Filling a pastry tube with the chocolate and draw a ‘web’ on each cupcake using the pastry tube.
