Treat yourself with a healthy breakfast. This vegetable omelette greatly combines tomatoes with green beans which is appetizting and at the same time enough nourishing to have a full belly all day long.
- 4 eggs
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 100-200 g (0,22 – 0,44 lb) green beans
- 3 tbsp sour ceam
- 100 g (0,22 lb) cheese
- dill/ parsley/ spring onion – to taste
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Wash tomatoes and chop them finely. Fry the vegetables on oil slightly. Then add green beans and stew the ingredients a little.
Meanwhile combine eggs, sour cream and milk in a dip bowl. Whisk everything properly. Season the mass with salt and pepper. Add the stewed vegetables to the bowl. Stir the ingredients carefully and put the chopped dill, parsley and onion.
Then pour the mass in a big frying pan and cook it over low heat until almost set (10-15 minutes). Then remove the pan from heat and wait until the cheese melts to the desired consistency.
Top the omelette with grated cheese, cut it into portions and serve hot.
