Apple and strawberry smoothie

A yummy way to start your day is a healthy apple and strawberry smoothie full of vitamins! This healthy drink will especially enjoy your children while it is very bright and sunny.

Ingredients:

  • 1 big green apple
  • 3 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • a piece of ginger root
  • 400 g frozen strawberry
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 mint twigs
  • 4 ice cubes

Cooking

Cut an apple into slices and sprinkle it with lemon juice. Peel and slice kiwi. Peel a banana and cut it into circles. Place the banana in the fridge. Peel and grate ginger. Defreeze strawberries. Chop ice cubes.

Mix the apple, banana, kiwi, ginger, 2 tbsp of honey and half of the ice in a blender.

Then mix strawberry, 2 tbsp of honey and the remaining ice in the blender.

Pour the smoothie in layers. You should get the alternation of red and green layer.

Decorate the cooked smoothie with mint twigs.
