Aubergine pie

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of aubergines
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2/3 glasses of flour
  • 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 100 g of cheese
  • salt – to taste
  • pepper– to taste

Cooking

Peel and grate aubergines. Mix eggs with salt and beat them. Add aubergines, flour, garlic, and mayonnaise. Fry 5 big “pancakes.” Lay one “pancake” into another. Grease the layers with mayonnaise and powder them with grated cheese.
