Aubergines with mushrooms


  • 500 g of aubergines
  • 100 g of fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp of fat
  • 1/2 tbsp of wheat flour
  • 2 bulb onions
  • 250 g of tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp of sour cream
  • parsley
  • salt – to taste
  • pepper – to taste


Peel aubergines. Slice aubergines and tomatoes. Powder them with salt and pepper. Roll the vegetables in wheat flour and fry until they get rosy color.

Peel, chop and fry onion slightly. Peel, wash and cut mushrooms. Add them to the onion. Salt the ingredients and continue to fry. Then pour sour cream in the frying pan and bring it to boil.

Mix all ingredients. Decorate the dish with parsley before serving.
