- 100 g fresh fish roe (codfish/ flounder)
- 100 g bulb onion
- 3-4 tbsp fat cream
- salt – to taste
- black ground pepper – – to taste
- kitchen herbs – to taste
Peel and chop a bulb onion. Combine the onion, fish roe, cream, salt, pepper and kitchen herbs. Grease a baking sheet with dairy butter. Transfer the prepared mass there. Bake the caviar till golden color at 220°C for 20-30 minutes.

Tip! If you add some flour, then you will get a caviar pudding with a crisp and a tender filling.
