Baked pepper salad

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 Bolgarian peppers (of different colors)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • parsley
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Wash and bake peppers in the oven. Turn them from time to time during the baking. Then peel the peppers, cut off the pedicles and remove the seeds. Slice the vegetables. Chop garlic. Combine the ingredients, add salt and sugar. Then add wine vinegar and olive oil. Mix everything properly.

Place the salad in the salad-bowls and powder it with cut parsley.
