Baked Pork with Tomatoes and Cheese

9-1You'll feel good about feeding your family members with this delicious dinner. This healthy and hearty dish will simply melt in their mouth. Pork, tomatoes, and cheese make a perfect combination.

The preparation will not take much of your time. Everything you’ll need to do is to cut all ingredients, combine them in a baking tray and bake in an oven in less than an hour. Simple and delicious! This dish is a must try! Try to cook it and you will not resist the temptation.


  • 1/2 bulb of garlic
  • 400 g (14 oz) pork
  • 200 g (7 oz) tomatoes
  • 200 g (7 oz) hard cheese
  • dairy butter (for greasing)
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • red ground pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Peel a garlic bulb and cut the garlic into thin slices. Combine red and black ground pepper with salt. Cut pork into medium pieces, rub them with the mixture of salt and pepper. Grate hard cheese.

Wash tomatoes and cut them into circles. Cover a baking sheet with foil. Grease it with dairy butter. Place the meat in the tray. Arrange the tomatoes around the pork. Add the garlic. Top the ingredients with the grated cheese. Preheat an oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake the dish for 30 minutes. Then let the dish stand at least 10 minutes before slicing.
